The government of India has also decided for the disinvestment of the operation and maintenance of airports in the country and planned to lease out the airports to private sectors. It has also planned to allow the private sectors to build, own and operate the airports. Attractive terms and conditions are being offered to the private investors for the investment in this sector. The group is planned to lease out one of the metro airport in addition to its new airport of an international standard at selective location that would be promoted by a subsidiary company of Kalgidhar group. The group is also having plans to enter into Airline business both domestic and International.
