We arrange Loan:
We also provide assistance to our customers to avail home loan from various banks and financial institutions. The banks ascertain the loan amount on the basis of your monthly income and expenditue i.e. 40% to 50% of your monthly income. The banks determine the loan amount on the basis of your ability to repay EMI, and loan repayment is divided by loan instalment for selected tenure. For instance, if your monthly income is Rs. 20000.00, banks can sanction the loan amount with the EMI ranging from Rs. 8000.00 to Rs. 10000.00 respectively. At an interest rate ranging from 09.25% to 12.50%, the EMI for Rs. 1 lakh for a tenure of 5, 10, 15 & 20 years will be as mentioned in the table. Multiplying EMI by loan amount you can calculate your loan eligibility as:
