Consumer durables and engineering:

The group will establish and set up a latest engineering design centre and manufacturing facility for the manufacture of heavy equipment and special purpose machine used in transportation, defence, aviation and space sector. The design studio would be equipped with the latest CAD, CAM systems suitable for civil, mechanical, electronic and chemical process, engineering design and pattern development. The manufacturing facility will be equipped with latest CNC machines, pattern development shop floor, robotics, testing and simulation laboratories, and state of the art latest assembly and production line system. The products manufactured would be a wide range of engineering products like heavy duty earthmoving machinery, transport vehicles (trucks, buses, LCVs) and special purpose machines tailor made for defence and space application. The products would also include consumer durable items used in day to day life. The manufacturing units will be multi-locational depending on the industry and its applications and requirements. This project will also have a marketing and trading division having import-export activities to source in the state of the art technology products from overseas suppliers in the transport, aviation and consumer durable segments. These products will be imported in the domestic market initially. Later these products will be indigenously designed, pattern developed and manufactured in house in the manufacturing units set up by the company. These products would be marketed in India and Abroad depending upon the agreement with the overseas supplier as applicable.
