The saga of Kalgidhar Group started in Bangalore, in the year 1990, and is founded by late Sardar Harbhajan Singh Ji.  As a warrior, his contibution for the national security and defence services are remarkable and significant. He actively participated in the year 1965 war, and at the front line. He has served the nation with an exemplary record. After the army service tenure, he moved into the business sphere, and planned to contribute in the economic growth of the nation, with a main principle of work hard to achieve the goal with a strong determination, and by putting the best of endeavors.  

He realizes that business is all about spotting opportunities, and seizing them wherever they surfaced. His visions, instinct, perceptions, strategies, ideas and far-thinking and also the farsightedness has provided the support and spirit and also the motivations and inspirations to the group.
