VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM - VTS BASED ON GPS (Upcoming):

The group under its subsidiary companies Kalgidhar Communications (P) Ltd. is going to commercialize the Vehicle Tracking System through out the country, and working out on the requisite modalities. Vehicle Tracking system (VTS) that would enable the users to monitor and control many vehicle features remotely by using a specific device. Employing a constellation of satellites, and patented microburst technology, users can interface with their vehicle any time via internet, or access reporting and alert functions by e-mail, mobile phone or pager. The device will be stealthily secured inside the vehicle that would provide host of functionality such as location, address, speed and direction of the particular vehicle and at specific time including various other features. With the principle of the company which lies in collaboration & merger using global networking interface and plans to set up its own infrastructure to manufacture the hardware and software indigenously along with an R & D unit rather than depending upon others/abroad for software and hardware. The company may enter into an agreement with the government/public sector for providing the communication link between In-Vehicle-Unit (IVU) and base station which is the most critical component of this system. The company with its head office at Bangalore would extend its network across the country to provide the VTS service and required customer inter action. The company would sell the whole hardware and software related to IVU and the base station after imparting training to the customer, or the hardware and software related to IVU and the base station would be leased out to the customer for a certain period of time, or the company will have its base station and enter into an agreement with the customer to provide the necessary support so the customer can avail the services pertaining to pay nominal subscription fees to be worked out.
